Jordan Green, MS, is a senior advisor supporting the office of strategic initiatives with AARP’s Public Policy Institute. She manages a variety of projects, engages with internal and
external audiences, and assists in the development of new funding streams. Jordan was an expert reviewer for the 2014 & 2016 “Lifespan Respite Care Program Grants to New States,” an
initiative of the Administration for Community Living, Department of Health and Human Services. She was the primary author of the ReACT (Respect a Caregiver’s Time) employer toolkit, an
interactive employer resource guide to support working caregivers. Before joining AARP, Jordan was manager of operations and programs at the National Alliance for Caregiving (NAC), a
nonprofit coalition dedicated to conducting research and developing national programs for family caregivers and the professionals who serve them. At NAC, she assisted with project research,
wrote reports, provided technical assistance to state and local caregiving coalitions, oversaw office operations, and managed various programs. Jordan has a bachelor’s degree in psychology
