spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "We've charged a man after discovering a cannabis factory with around 200 plants in Tipton. "Ali Koka was arrested after we acted


on information and found the drugs farm in Moors Mill Lane yesterday (31 May). "The 34-year-old has now been charged with production of cannabis and remanded to appear before Birmingham


Magistrates Court tomorrow (2 June)." They added: "Drugs not only ruin lives, but fuel further crime, and we'll continue to take action to shut down illegal production."
