To access the latest update, users simply need to update their PS4, download the Remote Play app to their device and pair it to their console. Like many mobile games, on-screen controls are
overlaid onto the screen. To get the most out of mobile gaming, a third party controller may be the way to go, as unfortunately, the DualShock 4 controller will not connect to an iPhone.
Compatible games can be played over Wi-Fi only, Remote Play will not work over a mobile network. Users will need an iPhone 7 or sixth-generation iPad to use the PS4 Remote Play app for iOS.
