boss has denied fleecing elderly residents out of thousands of pounds.
Julia Falcon was the manager of The Old Vicarage, run by SVP Health Care, in North Shields, when she allegedly helped herself to cash from three elderly women and her employer. As we
reported previously, the 49-year-old is suspected of taking £3,250 from one victim, £12,007.68 from the second victim and £7,471.98 from the third, as well as £2,849 from the company.
It's alleged Falcon took the cash between January 2021 and May 2022. Now Falcon, of Woodside Crescent, in Hadston, near Amble, Northumberland, has pleaded not guilty to four counts of fraud
by abuse of position of trust at Newcastle Crown Court.

"If, and I stress the word if, you have committed any offence or offences arising out of this allegation, the sooner you tell the court, the better for you, the more credit you will receive,
