past, I have found it competitive on price and its customer service second to none. Recently, however, it seems to have made some grave errors in its delivery choices, using a company called


Colis Privé. DRIVERS DO NOT KNOW THE AREA From what I can make out, Colis Privé uses just about anyone who can drive to deliver orders, whether they know the area or not. Several of my

I was told to chase up the delivery company. I have still not received a refund. As an experiment, I ordered from Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.de. Both packages arrived promptly and without
