ALSACE BOULANGER NAMED WORLD CHAMPION AFTER CREATING MUSIC-THEMED WORK OF BREAD ART IN EIGHT HOURS ALSACE baker Antoine Robillard has been named world champion in the ‘artistic’ category in


this year’s “Europain” competition, held in the Paris Villepinte exhibition centre. He had just eight hours to create a piece based on the theme of “world music”, using five different
