A driver was left counting the costs of a collision near Nuneaton town centre. Members of Nuneaton's Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) came across the collision on Queens Road yesterday
(June 1). Checks revealed that the driver of a white Ford involved in the incident did not have a valid driving licence. This meant that they had no valid insurance. As a result, the two
Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) from the SNT arranged for the car to be seize and towed away. The driver, who has not been identified, was also reported to the DVLA. READ MORE:

WAY The team highlighted the seizure on its Facebook page, including images of the damage car being towed away. They also said: "No license, no likey." It was the latest seizure
from the team who, last week, took a number of stolen motorbikes off the streets of Nuneaton. It came after a member of the public tipped off officers about the nuisance use of the bikes,
which had had their number plates changed.
