they breach new parking rules. Anyone parking at Aldi on Annan Road must now enter their vehicle registration number when they go into the store. Doing so will qualify them for 90 minutes

if they don’t register – or put in the wrong number – they’ll be hit with a £70 fine. A spokesman for the supermarket chain said: “To limit spaces to Aldi customers only, all customers must
