Artists have come together to explore the serious concerns on environmental destruction through an art exhibition which is held at Iconart Gallery, Banjara Hills. It showcases the artists’

talents of paintings, sculptures and installation ranging from abstract, symbolic, poetic surreal figuration and landscapes on different mediums. IRATE EXPRESSIONS The artworks in display

of Consciousness, capture of the five elements of nature — space, air, fire, water, and earth — being ruined by humans. “My paintings in the show are expressionist landscapes, conveying the

balance of the five elements of nature, which are interconnected with life energies. They also try to showcase the underlying elements of disregard for man towards the environment,” says

NATURE Trying to articulate how human activities have been squeezing the life out of flora and fauna, artist Anish Nandy exhibits a burger. While the burger buns represent human activities

suppressing Mother Nature from both sides, the stuffing between the buns represents the flora and fauna. Sharing his inspiration for the art, Anish says, “I usually get inspired by my

surroundings, whatever I see, experience, and feel I try to get that on my canvas. Both the paintings were inspired by life around me.” Artist Vijay Raghvan’s artwork shows a heart with
