Court on Wednesday cancelled the bail granted to murder accused Vijay Palande in 2007. The state had sought the cancellation of bail granted to him by the high court with the hearing of an
appeal pending. The appeal was filed by him, challenging the conviction of life imprisonment in a kidnapping and murder case of businessman Swaraj Das in the year 1998. Convicted in the case
