You need to have a physical copy of the DBS Certificate that you have on the DBS Update Service in order for status checks to be performed. If you have not received your certificate within 7
days of it being issued, you can contact the Disclosure and Barring Service on 03000 200 190 so that they can attempt to issue you with a replacement.
