A properly and fully completed registration/transfer submission must be completed in line with the requirements of the CMS system must be completed by 1pm on the Friday before the weekend’s
game for the player to be eligible. This must include the approval of a previous club and the player concerned plus a photo and other individual documentation as required. For further
