HOW DO I START ON THE UMPIRE DEVELOPER PATHWAY? The first step in becoming an Umpire Developer is to start within your club. England Hockey offer an interactive module to support you with
your first step into Umpire Development via the HockeyHub, which is available here. If you would like to join a workshop to help you undertake the first step into Umpire Development, then
please click here to see upcoming opportunities. Once you have completed the initial step, ongoing support and training is delivered by your local Area Officiating Group to continue your
development as an Umpire Developer or Assessor. If you are unsure who they are, please e-mail [email protected] and they will put you in touch with the relevant group.
