Are you turning or over 35 and looking for exciting ways to play hockey? Why not try Masters! Masters is a fun and exciting opportunity to play hockey for your club, county or even country
with players your age. With the 8 Areas, England Hockey and World Masters Hockey providing all manners of activity such as ‘Play and Pay’ sessions midweek and throughout the summer, to
leagues, tournaments and tours across the UK and abroad from O35 up to O70 for women and O35 up to O80 for men, there’s a way for everyone to pick up a stick and play. WHERE TO PLAY CLUB
Many clubs offer Masters across the country, and even if your club doesn’t have its own, there’s bound to be a team near you that would gladly have you play! – Link to find a club England
Hockey run masters Cup and Plate competitions open to clubs or groups of clubs/counties for men O40s, O50s and O60s and women O35s, O45s and O55s age groups. AREA Represent your Area in the
Area Masters tournaments. These are for all age groups and are held in May/June/July every year at venues across the country. With the change from 5 Regions to 8 Areas last year, many more
players are getting involved with this level of hockey and loving it. Areas have open trials and welcome everyone. Check the Masters section of your Area website for details of age group
contacts and trials as they are published. COUNTRY Are you aiming for the top? Why not represent your country and play at incredible venues across the world in competitions like the annual 4
Nations, and bi-annual World and European Cup events for all age groups, both men and women. or at England indoor and ‘Spirit of Masters’ competitions. European and world level competitions
widen the scope of opportunities to play in the top-flight. An increasing number of players who represented their country at national senior level are now getting involved in post-35 age
group activity, but the vast majority are club and Area players that have stayed fit, skilful and at the top of their game. SIGN UP If you’re not already involved in Masters hockey and would
