UNDER WHAT GOVERNANCE WILL THE AREA OFFICIATING COMMITTEES OPERATE? The Area Officiating Committees will operate to 2 x sets of rules. The first set is based in the Area Company Articles of
Association. This mainly revolves around servicing the Adult Leagues / Junior Competitions / Masters appointments and the support offered to clubs. The second is to work within the EHO
Constitution & Bylaws for the delivery of the club to its members. Members of the EHO can review and vote/propose any changes to the Constitution and Bylaws at the annual EHO AGM.
