"I used to present big shows so it would be really nice to be back in that environment." But fans shouldn't get excited about seeing Helen in her sequins just yet, as the

beauty confessed: "At the minute, there's nothing on the cards." After the mother-of-one wowed with her efforts at hosting the Olympic swimming coverage earlier this summer,

speculation was rife that Helen was to be snapped up as a last-minute signing for this year's series. "Bosses are considering making a last minute move to sign her up as they

finalise the line-up," a source told The Sun at the time.  The 33-year-old TV presenter - who is currently filling in for Lorraine on her ITV show - told Express.co.uk exclusively that

she would take part in the BBC dance competition "without a shadow of a doubt". The Countryfile star took part in the series' Christmas special back in 2012 and impressed with

her jive to Mariah Carey's All I Want for Christmas. And it seems Helen would love to be back in the ballroom, as she dished: "I did the Christmas one and it was so much fun and

everybody on that show is kind of the height of their profession, so it would be a brilliant thing to be part of, without a shadow of a doubt.  "They've had their eye on her for

the last couple of years as one of their ones to watch and now it's her time to shine. The viewers will love her," they added. Despite wanting to appear on the series, Helen

insisted that raising her profile is not something she has ever been bothered about. She explained: "It's not something that I really obsess about and buy into. My priorities are

my husband and my baby boy and then I want to go to work and do a good job. "If all of a sudden more people know who I am and what I do for work that's good and well, but it

doesn't really make any difference to my day to day level." HELEN SKELTON PRAISED BY FANS AS SHE STEPS IN FOR LORRAINE "I used to present big shows so it would be really nice
