The pollen count has been forecast as high across most parts of the UK today by the Met Office. The only place where the pollen count will be low is Orkney and Shetland. Hay fever symptoms


are triggered by pollen, and at this time of year, it's grass pollen that's rife in the air. So how can you fight hay fever symptoms when counts are high?
