Property experts and Homes Under The Hammer co-presenter Martin Roberts often shares property advice and tips on buying homes. The expert even has his own YouTube channel called Martin
Roberts' Property Titbits where he shares advice regularly on everything from renovating and renting. For those looking to visit a property auction for a bargain home, Martin has
revealed when the best time is to visit. The property expert revealed that it “amazes” him how many people purchase a property without having seen it first. “You might get away with buying
blind, without seeing a property. “But the one time it goes wrong, it’s going to cost you financially very dear. “So why do it? It’s part of the process. “You need to check it out at
different times throughout the day to see what that property has to offer in general.” Traffic, flight paths, train tracks, schools and busy main roads can all be different depending on the
time of the day. Martin’s other top tips include checking the legal pack before you purchase, doing your research, setting a maximum price for your bidding and having finances in place
before you purchase. _HOMES UNDER THE HAMMER IS ON WEEKDAYS AT 10AM ON BBC ONE._
