Tony Miklinski told Express.co.uk that the Scottish First Minister's power base is not secure because people are getting impatient with her approach to Scottish independence. Mr
Miklinski did however labelled Ms Sturgeon the most able politician within the SNP's ranks. The Scottish Conservative said: "I am not part of the SNP so I can’t speak from within
but I do listen and see the signs. "There are people who are not inclined to follow her patient route. "There are factions in the SNP that have different agendas. "So while
without doubt she is the most able politician in the SNP ranks, I don’t think her power base is secure because people are getting impatient." READ MORE: NICOLA STURGEON’S 'ONE SIZE
FITS ALL' DOMESTIC APPROACH BLASTED He continued: "They have been promised so many times that they would get independence and it was just around the corner and they have been
disappointed so many times. "They have been promised the impossible. "They said once in a generation, we are six years on, that is not a generation. "Nicola has got nothing
left to offer." "They don’t place it such that they worry that we are going to come out of this in some way shape or form. "This is because they can rely on the UK Government
and they do rely on the UK Government. "So that puts them in a very comfortable position politically and, of course, Nicola Sturgeon sees everything through the lens of independence.
"That is always the underlining factor on how she is going to act."
