Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is under pressure at Manchester United but Gary Neville believes the Norwegian should be given time. Solskjaer has struggled at the start of the season with United

winning just two of their first seven Premier League games. They have also failed to impress in the Europa League and Carabao Cup, leading to many to call for Solskjaer’s head. But Neville,

who played his whole career for United, believes his former team-mate should be given time to sort the squad to how he wants it. “He’s sweeping up a mess that’s been created before him and,

for me, he’s been put under pressure because of that,” Neville said on Sky Sports. “The results at the moment aren’t following him, he’s bringing a lot of young players through, he’s got

injuries. “It’s an immature team, it’s an immature squad, it’s even a young coaching staff. “They need to hold the nerve, the club, and make sure they give him the money and the transfer

windows that the previous managers that have had a stab have had.” United travel to Newcastle today as both teams look to get their season back on track. And Solskjaer believes his side are

on the brink of a win after recent struggles for form. He said: “I do feel its going to come. There's no point me talking about it. I'll get your questions until we do win. “If we

don't we'll get this on Sunday as well. “We are a team that can be set up well to play away from home. Sometimes you can play on the counter. [On Thursday] we didn't really

get the counter-attacks as we wanted to.” Solskjaer is likely to turn to the youngsters again with the likes of Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial and Luke Shaw expected to be out.
