Aston Villa have tabled offers for Conor Hourihane and James Bree who are both out of contract in the summer with Barnsley. _Sky Sports_ claim both deals are moving along quickly, although
an agreement for midfielder Hourihane is closer to being reached. The report says the players will command a fee of around £3million each, but there are still some "significant
details" to be ironed out. VIOLENCE BREAKS OUT AT BIRMINGHAM DERBY IN 2010 Their move to Villa Park is said to have been delayed due to the ill-health of Barnsley owner Parick Cryne.
But manager Steve Bruce is said to be confident the double deal can be agreed in good time to prevent other clubs from derailing the move. Manchester United, Arsenal and Manchester City have
all reportedly been tracking the 19-year-old Bree. Hourihane joined Barnsley in 2014, becoming club captain the following year, and has scored 31 times in 134 appearances. Bree made his
Barnsley debut in 2014 and has been impressive at right-back this season as the Tykes sit just four points off the Championship play-off places.
