BKA arranges rice shipment to Cuba    Six containers of U.S. long-grain milled rice was scheduled to arrive in Cuba on Sunday, as part of a humanitarian effort to help the island's


population affected by recent hurricanes.    Washington-based freight forwarder BKA Logistics was contracted by the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, better known as the Knights of Malta,


to manage the rice shipment. The order has sovereign and diplomatic status with Cuba.    "For this particular project, we identified the rice sellers, negotiated the purchase price,


contracted for the ocean freight and prepared all the necessary documentation and export approvals to get the rice to Cuba," said Jim Mead, president of BKA Logistics.    The containers
