The liner carrier CMA CGM on Wednesday unveiled a host of rate increases it plans to seek between Feb. 1 and March 1. As of Feb. 1, the increases are: * United States to the Far East,
$75 per 20-foot container and $150 per 40-foot or 40-foot high-cube container. * Indian Subcontinent to the U.S. East Coast, $320 per 20-foot container, $400 per 40-foot container and $450
per 40-foot high-cube container. From Feb. 9, the increases are: * India and Pakistan to Europe, $200 per 20-foot container and $400 per 40-foot container. * Mediterranean to the east
