With much talk surrounding how long foot and mouth movement restrictions will go on for, regular winter primestock show goers are already starting to wonder whether some shows will happen or
not. One event confident they will be holding a show in late November is the South East Prime Stock Winter Fayre, a personal favourite of mine, which is due to go ahead on 20 November at
Ardingly showground, West Sussex. Schedules are out and the judges have been announced with Mike Dickens, Milton Keynes taking on the beef classes and Hawkhurst-based buther Andy Clark
judging sheep. Mike’s wife Jean will also be judging the tied up section as well as the Young Farmers classes which will see young exhibitors up to the age of 26 going head to head. For
