A car has been torched on a driveway sparking police to erect a street cordon. The vehicle, a Jeep, was destroyed in the blaze in Swale Road, in Norton, on Sunday evening. Police were on the
scene throughout the night and the area was cordoned off. The car was backed up on the driveway of a house and black soot from the fire could be seen going up the wall of the house.
Photographs from the scene show an ornamental white angel which appears to have been placed on the road facing the property. A spokesperson for Cleveland Fire Brigade said: "Cleveland
Fire Brigade were called on June 1 at 8:59pm to an incident on Swale Road in Norton. Two fire engines were in attendance from Stockton." Teesside Live has contacted Cleveland Police for
