Clarkson's Farm newcomer Harriet Cowan has spoken out about one thing farmers are 'struggling' with and urged Brits to do two things. Harriet arrived to Diddly Squat during

the fourth season of the Amazon Prime hit series, which was released on the platform on May 23. Host and former Top Gear star Jeremy Clarkson faced a series of challenges after long-standing

cast member and farmhand, Kaleb Cooper, left the Oxfordshire farm to go on tour. Finding himself struggling with the solo management of the farm, Clarkson took on Harriet to lend a hand.

Audiences are already enamoured with the 24-year-old 'star', urging Clarkson to bring her back for future seasons of the show. Harriet, who works as a nurse five days a week and

farms before and after her shifts, has now become a celebrity in her own right and recently appeared on an episode of the podcast 'Should I Delete That', hosted by Alex Light and

Emily Clarkson. In a clip of the interview shared to Instagram, she was asked about the mental health struggles many farmers face that nobody seems to be talking about. "Loneliness

among farmers is really common," Emily prompted, to which Harriet agreed: "Yeah, yeah." "There's so much. They don't talk about their emotions. In Derbyshire

especially they'll just be like, 'You alright?' 'You alright?' [...] And that's that. "You don't really go up and be like, 'Is everything

actually okay?' And no farmer will go, 'I'm really, really struggling. I've got so much on. I need help.'" She then reminded fans that the UK's farmers are

growing the country's food supply and shared how people can support the industry with a nine-word message. She said: "Just buy British and be kind to a farmer." Harriet grew

up on her family's farm and helped her father, Eddy, manage livestock and land. While she makes a living as a nurse, she clearly knows her way around a farm, getting stuck in with hedge

trimming and animal care. Despite her clear passion for agriculture, however, she confessed to never having watched Clarkson's Farm before she was hired by contractor Charlie Ireland

to help around Diddly Squat. Nevertheless, she has become an instant hit with viewers at home. While the show's latest episodes may have only just been released, fans are already

begging Clarkson to "find a way of keeping" Harriet after her quick wit left them delighted. "A 'Star' is born Harriet Cowen!" one wrote. Another added:

"S4 and I already love Harriet," while a third chimed in: "30 minutes in and I'm calling it already Harriet is going to be massively famous and she could be worth

bringing back." One fan proclaimed their support, stating: "And I'm already rooting for Harriet," and further lauded her: "She's brilliant." Clarkson is

clearly impressed, too, and grows ever more enthused as the season progresses. In a discussion with Ireland, Clarkson remarks: "She's brilliant. She's a TikTokker. She's

already been TikTokking at Diddly Squat! I don't really understand." Meanwhile, Kaleb has returned to the series and dismissed departure rumours on This Morning. "I'm

still involved, yeah. There's lots of rumours going out that I've been replaced, but I'm still here," he told hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley.
