To celebrate thousands of students due to take their next step in life by graduating from university, a new menu is being launched by a Surrey restaurant. Honouring academic achievements

with bold flavours and "incredible food", The Ivy Asia is a fabulous place to spend a special occasion. Dishes are set to be elegantly presented, reflecting the momentous occasion.

Featuring a celebratory glass of Ivy Asia Cuvee or Wild Idol alcohol free sparking white wine, this new offer is only expected to last for one week in July. The set menu, curated by

executive chef, Simon Gregory, boasts starters including seared beef tataki with crispy shallots and ponzu, and the seafood cheung fun dumplings with crispy chilli and soy. It costs £50 for

two courses or £60 for three. Elsewhere on the menu, diners can also find the vibrant spiced avocado crudo on the menu with aji amarillo and coriander citrus dressing. The sweet and sour

king prawns is a popular choice, and Korean dish, gochujang glazed chicken with sweet and spicy flavours will tickle the taste buds. Mains include the indulgent slow roasted black cod miso

and the rich char siu barbeque pork belly. The aromatic five spiced confit duck leg is also on the menu, with wok-fried ginger noodles. Those who prefer vegan and vegetarian dishes will love

the Keralan chickpea and shishito pepper curry with coconut and jasmine rice. Guests can also select sides from steamed rice to chilli noodles or the cucumber, peanut and coriander salad.

To top it all off, The Ivy Asia has a collection of unique desserts. The limited edition Graduation Sphere is made from a white chocolate dome with vanilla ice cream, yuzu caramel and

popping candy. The green lantern chocolate and honeycomb cheesecake is a must try, as well as the warm passion fruit and coconut donuts. A selection of mochi ice creams can be found on the

menu too. Customers love the opulent interior and luxury vibes of the restaurant, and intricate dishes. One diner wrote via Google: "My husband and I had the most amazing experience

here. The food was incredible - everything from the presentation of it to the taste. "We were saved by a waiter called Adam who really knew his stuff about the origin of certain

ingredients and foods, drinks and more. Fantastic customer service and all round brilliant evening with live music really bringing some energy to the evening. Will visit again." Another

wrote: "Fantastic evening sat at the bar. The staff are all well presented and very personable adding to the experience. The decor is as expected from The Ivy brand, exceptional.

"But the food is the main event. A starter, a few small plates and a main to share was ideal. Check out the cocktails, the Paper Crane was a favourite with the bar tenders putting on a

show" If you're interested in going all out for your graduation, or perhaps thinking of treating a loved one, find more information below. MORE INFORMATION * Address: 20, Tunsgate,
