under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government Please note that as of 15th December 2013 the Visa Section in Cairo can no longer offer an in-person applicant
advice or document collection service unless you have been contacted by the Visa Section or if you wish to withdraw your application. All document collections are handled by our Visa
Application Centre. You need to allow for the processing time of 15 working days to have passed (as stated in our customer service standards) before enquiring about the status of you visa
application. Should you wish to enquire after the 15 working days have passed, then you can do so by sending an email to: [email protected]. This is so that we can focus on our
