who to engage with. The community engagement principles are intended to improve government engagement with communities, serving to enhance and broaden its engagement practices to ensure that


it hears from a diverse range of voices, while also mitigating risks. Government officials should refer to the accompanying guidance in conjunction with the principles  to ensure that they
