MANAGEMENT ORGANISATION (MMO) PUBLIC SECTOR TARGET The Marine Management Organisation (MMO) is committed to the government’s agenda of creating 3 million apprenticeships by 2020/2021. The
MMO aims to deliver an average of 2.3% new apprenticeships starts against its annual headcount between April 2017 and March 2021. 2. APPRENTICESHIPS STANDARDS AND SKILLS The MMO is
predominantly a regulation organisation. We expect to see the return on our investment in this development from 2019 onwards. 3. OPPORTUNITIES FOR APPRENTICESHIPS Our strategic approach is
to develop and contribute to the development of apprenticeships standards aligned with skills needs. 4. OUR DATA PUBLICATION Reporting Period 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019 INFORMATION
REQUIRED RESPONSE Figure A: The number of employees whose employment in England by the body began in the reporting period in question 86 Figure B: The number of apprentices who began to work
for the body in that period and whose apprenticeship agreements also began in that period. This includes employees who were already working for the body before beginning their
apprenticeship, as well as new apprentice hires 12 Figure C: The number of employees employed in England that the body has at the end of that period 357 Figure D: The number of apprentices
who work for the body at the end of that period 12 Public bodies are also required to provide two percentages in order to give context to the other figures. These percentages do not reflect
