Kashmir Economic Alliance (KEA) chairperson Muhammad Yaseen Khan on Friday said that entire Kashmir is in a state of mourning and grief after the loss of scholar turned militant Manan Wani.
In a statement, Khan said, “We are losing our precious assets one by one with each passing day.” He said, “Almost everyday we have to shoulder the coffins of fourth generation which is
painful”. “No one in New Delhi is bothered to ascertain why highly educated youth in Kashmir are picking up the gun?,” Khan said. “Rather than enquiring about the reason, New Delhi is
feeling happy by showering bullets on our youth,” he added. He urged international community to impress upon New Delhi to initiate a dialogue for resolution of Kashmir issue.
