the Indiana Supreme Court unanimously acquitted Jerry L. Jones, 32, of Indianapolis of raping a woman in 1989, ruling there was insufficient evidence to sustain the conviction. Jones was
released Wednesday after serving 15 months of a 20-year sentence. Dershowitz and Indianapolis attorney Lee B. McTurnan, in a brief filed on Thursday, cited the Jones case in writing that it
