About 100 elementary, middle and high school students from the Tustin Unified School District will participate in an anti-crime workshop today at Helen Estock Elementary School.
The Peer Assistance Leadership workshop will deal with peer pressure, friendships and self-esteem, drug use and gang prevention and other topics, according to workshop coordinator Karen
Taylor-Bleiker.
The workshop will meet from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. A Drug Abuse Resistance Education police officer will also talk to the students, Taylor-Bleiker said.
The students are from Helen Estock, Barbara Benson and Tustin Memorial elementary schools, Hewes Middle School, and Foothill and Tustin high schools.
