Looking to sharpen up your English? Pass that U.S. citizenship exam? The Conejo Valley Adult School has some special programs for you--and they are free. Located at 1025 Old Farm Road in
Thousand Oaks, the school offers free citizenship and English as a second language classes mornings and evenings. The English classes run from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Thursday, or 7 to
10 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Class levels vary in difficulty to accommodate every student, from beginner to advanced. The six-week citizenship classes, which examine U.S.
history and government in preparation for citizenship testing, are from 9 a.m. to noon Fridays and from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesdays. For further information, call the school’s English as a
