An Inglewood church has lost its most recent court bid to avoid eviction from its building. Members of the All Peoples Lockhaven Christian Lighthouse Church have been involved in a
years-long property dispute with a Christian lender that legally took over the property July 16. Members of the interdenominational church filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection July 22,
which halted the eviction by the Fullerton-based Church Development Fund. But at a hearing Thursday in Bankruptcy Court, a judge found in favor of the development fund and allowed it to
proceed with the eviction. Judge Lisa Fenning found that the bankruptcy filing was made in bad faith because it was filed one day after a District Court denied the church a temporary
