Oxnard police officers arrested a 26-year-old transient early Tuesday morning hiding in the bathroom of a local restaurant that had closed for the night. Police nabbed Gustavo Ramirez Romero
about 2 a.m. after a patrol officer noticed the window of the Super Taco Restaurant in the 100 block of East 5th Street was open. Officers went into the building and found Romero in the
