Volunteers are needed to act as judges for the annual City Pride Program. The program was initiated several years ago to acknowledge residents and businesses making extra efforts to keep up
their properties. One property in each residential neighborhood and business district will be given a first place award, while as many as three properties in each area may receive honorable
