More than 40 dealers from around the world will share all things modern, including 20th century furniture and decorative arts this weekend at the LA 20/21: Los Angeles Modern Design Show
& Sale, formerly known as the L.A. Modernism Show. Highlights include a collection of vintage tiles from the Edward Fickett Collection by ceramist Doyle Lane at the Noho Modern booth,
unique Midcentury lighting from Katz Modern in Berkeley and sculpture and stoneware from the Lisa Cliff Collection in Pasadena. An opening-night party held Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. will
benefit the nonprofit Los Angeles Conservancy. Tickets are $250. Among the weekend’s highlights: On Saturday at 1 p.m., Adrian Scott Fine, director of advocacy at the Los Angeles
Conservancy, will discuss “Saving Modernism in L.A.” And later, at 3 p.m. Daniel Ostroff will lecture on “Soft Seating: New Insights and Observations and Connoisseurship of the Iconic Eames
