IZABELA HELENA ZABLOCKA HAS NOT BEEN HEARD FROM SINCE AUGUST 2010 13:46, 29 May 2025Updated 13:46, 29 May 2025 A woman who was reported missing 15 years after she was last seen is believed
to have been murdered. Izabela Helena Zablocka, who came to the UK from Poland in 2009, was living in Normanton in Derby when she mysteriously disappeared. Her family in Poland lost contact
with her in August 2010, and despite their efforts to trace her, Ms Zablocka has never been found. A missing person report was not made to police or other UK authorities at that time, a
Derbyshire Police spokesman said. A missing persons report was finally submitted to Derbyshire Police last week, almost 15 years after Ms Zablocka went missing, and an investigation was
launched into her disappearance. A Derbyshire Police spokesman said: "Information relating to Izabela’s disappearance recently came to light leading detectives to launch a murder
investigation. "Three people, two women aged 39 and a man aged 41, have been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in police custody." Detectives have appealed for any
information relating to Ms Zablocka's time in Derby, particularly around the time of her disappearance in August 2010. They said: "We are issuing two photos of Izabela in the hope
that someone may recognise her and come forward – although we do know that a significant amount of time has passed." Ms Zablocka is understood to have worked at the former Cranberry
Foods chicken and turkey factory in Scropton. Article continues below A police scene remained in place at an address in Normanton on Sunday, May 25, and officers remained in the area
carrying out enquiries. A dedicated web portal has been set up for anyone who wants to share information with detectives online, and can be found at:
