Show MeNo thanks, closeSee ourPrivacy NoticeLiverpool are aiming to finalise a deal for Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez as their busy start to the summer transfer window continues. The Reds have long been considered favourites to
sign Kerkez, who has seen his stock increase considerably after an impressive season on the South Coast.
Now Liverpool are ready to ramp up their efforts to sign the 21-year-old, who has been given a price tag of £45million by Bournemouth.
Kerkez, who is a Hungary international, has been on the radar of several leading clubs but has dropped an increasing number of hints on social media in recent weeks that he would welcome a
move to Anfield.

Liverpool are keen to update their left-back options with first-choice Andy Robertson now 31 and approaching the final 12 months of his contract while Kostas Tsimikas has seen his Premier
League action limited during the last two seasons.
Reds sporting director Richard Hughes, who has been leading the talks, has been a long-time advocate of Kerkez having brought him to Bournemouth from AZ Alkmaar in 2023.
Liverpool are continuing to work on a deal to sign Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen with the Reds having seen an offer of £109m rejected. There remains confidence an agreement can be
reached in the coming days.
The Anfield side have already signed Jeremie Frimpong from the Bundesliga side for £29m, while Trent Alexander-Arnold and Caoimhin Kelleher have left to join Real Madrid and Brentford
respectively.
