LUKE LITTLER WAS BEATEN BY LUKE HUMPHRIES IN LONDON IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE DARTS 2025 FINAL 22:15, 29 May 2025 Luke Littler has lost his Premier League Darts crown after defeat to rival Luke
Humphries in London's grand final. The 18-year-old from Warrington, already the recipient of an unimaginable amount of prize money for his exploits in the sport over the past 18 months,
has claimed a new healthy sum but missed out on even more. Littler gained entry to the final at the O2 Arena by finishing top of an eight-player table, beating his record points total set
only last year, having won six of the 16 weekly events this year. First tasked with defeating Gerwyn Price in a semi-final, 'The Nuke' dispatched his Welsh opponent 10 legs to
seven. The 18-year-old came up against 'Cool Hand' Humphries in a repeat of 2024's Premier League final and conceded an early three-leg advantage to lose 11-8. PREMIER LEAGUE
PRIZE MONEY Premier League Darts is officially a £1m competition, totting up all money available across the 17 weeks of action. By finishing runner-up Littler has just pocketed £125,000. By
contrast, Humphries has won £275,000 by comparison and the two losing semi-finalists - Nathan Aspinall and Price - take home £85,000 each. For finishing fifth, Michael van Gerwen was awarded
£75,000. Chris Dobey received £70,000 for finishing sixth, Rob Cross won £65,000 for coming seventh and St. Helens' Stephen Bunting got £60,000 for finishing eighth. On top of that
there was £10,000 for each of the weekly winners during the regular season. Littler's six weekly wins earned him a further £60,000 in total. There was also a reward for every player
that hit a nine-darter in the Premier League this season, with sponsors giving out a set of 18-karat gold darts estimated to be worth £30,000. Littler managed this feat once to earn that
prize. LITTLER'S TOTAL PRIZE MONEY Losing the final, his six nightly wins and his 18-karat set of gold darts add up to £215,000 in prize money for 'The Nuke' from this
year's Premier League. However, this won't be added to his earnings calculated for the PDC Order of Merit as that table does not include invitational competitions. The Order of
Merit includes all winnings over a two-year period, which still covers Littler's entire professional career, and he is ranked second - behind Humphries - with a total of £1,300,500.
From past invitationals including last year's Premier League, he has won £395,000, therefore adding up all of the teenager's career winnings he has accumulated a gargantuan
£1,910,500. STUNNING NET WORTH Littler's winnings feed into a stunning overall net worth considering his age, alongside other things. It is assumed he is a millionaire but the exact
figure remains a mystery. Article continues below As well as his darts winnings, he has lucrative sponsorship deals with Target Darts, Xbox and BoohooMAN. Littler is believed to have used
some of his newfound wealth to move his family into a luxury home in Warrington, said to be paying close to £6,000 per month in rent.
