THE MAN IN HIS 20S IS IN A 'SERIOUS' CONDITION 13:29, 30 May 2025Updated 09:31, 02 Jun 2025 A man was stabbed after violence broke out in Piccadilly Gardens. Police said they were


called to an 'ongoing disturbance' at around 11:30pm last night (Thursday). Officers attended and discovered a man in his 20s with a stab wound to his back. Footage posted on


social media showed a number of people gathered around as officers gave first aid to a man lay on the floor in the gardens. He was taken to hospital for treatment, Greater Manchester Police


(GMP) said in a statement. His injuries have been described by the force as 'serious, but not life-threatening.' Article continues below Three men, aged in their 20s and 30s, were
