Alejandro Garnacho has fallen into the category of Manchester United players who seemed destined for moves away from the club this summer. Last summer, Garnacho was unattainable after coming
through the academy and breaking into Erik ten Hag's first team. However, with the growing need to comply with Profit and Sustainability rules (PSR), the Argentine, alongside Kobbie
Mainoo, was made available. In January, Napoli were unsuccessful with their attempt to add him to Antonio Conte's squad and Chelsea's interest did not amount to anything. Since the
January window closed, he has scored just three goals and four assists. After three off-the-pitch incidents that haven't painted him in the best light, being dropped for the Manchester
derby in December on account of his attitude and then heading down the tunnel after his first-half substitute against Ipswich in February, the time is now for him to depart. His decision to
then criticise Ruben Amorim's selection and slam the "s**t season" after the Europa League final defeat has spelled the end. Since the defeat in Bilbao, teams are circling
around the 20-year-old with AC Milan and Aston Villa the latest teams to register an interest. However, Caught Offside have reported how Erik ten Hag and Bayer Leverkusen want to give
Garnacho a lifeline. The report adds that Leverkusen want to bring Garnacho to the BayArena on loan for the season, a deal that United aren't in favour of. Should we see Garnacho
reunite with Ten Hag, the manager who integrated him into the first team, it would come as a result of Leverkusen banking £125million. Florian Wirtz, one of Ten Hag's current best
players in Germany, continues to be strongly linked with a move to Liverpool. _The Manchester Evening News' _sister title, LiverpoolEcho, have reported that the Premier League champions
have begun negotiations with Leverkusen to smash their current transfer record of £75m. It's understood that the German club value Wirtz at £125m, an asking price that saw Manchester
City walk away. Wirtz's exit will hand Ten Hag a big transfer budget to spend but also the need to replace him. The Germany international scored 16 goals and assisted another 15 this
season and his numbers will be missed next season. Leverkusen's interest shouldn't come as a surprise following the trust that Ten Hag placed in him at times. If Garnacho is going
to revive his career, the obvious exit route may be right in front of him. GET UNITED TRANSFER NEWS AND UPDATES ON WHATSAPP! Our team of Manchester United experts are on top of all the
