has caved to what it described as "daily demands" and a Change.org petition that's been simmering for five years.

From Tuesday, February 4, you'll be able to douse your dishes with the fan-favourite sauce. It will be returning to the sauce station in all UK and Ireland outlets, the chain confirmed.

‌ Since Nando's axed the dressing in 2020, there's been a fiery response from people who've been relentless on social media. Even a petition was launched to bring back the treasured topping.

the best! Nando's isn't the same without it!" Another added: "My chicken was just a carrier for this delicious sauce. I cried the first time I tasted it and I cried when I realised it was

gone."

A third declared: "I won't go to Nando's unless this sauce is there." They added: "It's bloody lush and need my Nando's and creamy salad dressing sauce fix!"

for some, reports the Liverpool Echo. But the sauce station will soon be complete with the return of this creamy delight.

The sauce has been dubbed the "perfect match for pretty much everything on the menu". Despite its label as a dressing, it's not just for salads - Nando's experts suggest customers try it

with Peri-salted Chips, Spicy Rice and Chicken Wings.

Alongside choosing their spice level, there's unlimited sauce available (literally on tap in some restaurants), ready for customers to dip, drizzle, dunk or pour to their heart's content.

limited period. There was also a brief time when the chicken chain collaborated with the fizzy soft drink Fanta to create a "fun and fruity" orange-inspired sauce in October 2024.

But, those were only temporary. Fans have been reassured that the comeback of the Creamy Salad Dressing is set to be a permanent change to the menu.
