2025Updated 16:21, 29 May 2025 A British teenager has been sentenced to 14 years behind bars after he brutally stomped on an 84-year-old man in a terrifying attack. Zepheniah Dufeal, 18, had

launched an unprovoked attack on a man he did not know after they both got off the same train at Edmonton Green station, in North London. Dufeal launched at the 84-year-old and sent a

second blow on his head that caused the man to fall to the ground. The teenager then stood over the older man and carried on unleashing more horrific blows, just after 8pm in the July 16,

2024, brutal incident. These included a slap to the face, stamping on his head twice and the teen even threw the 84-year-old's baseball cap down. Dufeal finished off his horror attack

but ditching his victim, who was fighting for his life, on the ground and made his way out of the station, according to the British Transport Police. Fortunately, another heroic passenger

found the victim, alerted staff, and he was rushed to hospital. The man was treated for a bleed on the brain, a fractured skull, fractured ribs, and a collapsed lung. Article continues below

The entire horror attack was caught on CCTV footage, which officers viewed during their investigation. One of these cops recognised Dufeal after an ID had been briefly shared. The teenager

was arrested the next day at his home, on Church Street, Edmonton. Dufeal pleaded guilty to Grievous Bodily Harm with intent (GBH) and was sentenced to 14 years in prison, on May 21 at

London Inner Crown Court. Detective Chief Inspector Paul Attwell for Major, Serious and Organised Crime said: "This was an exceptionally violent and unnecessary attack on an elderly

man. Dufeal acted in such a horrific manner and with such brutality, it is only luck that the victim was able to survive such a horrifying attack. Article continues below "I want to
