Netflix was today down for tens of thousands users across the US - and fans vented their anger online. People across America encountered issues with the popular streaming service. Website


Downdetector says around 80,000 outages were reported in the last two hours, mostly around video streaming but also concerning the server connection. The map on the site shows the challenges

experienced issues, particularly with streaming content. This was at around 2.20am in the UK (9.20pm on Thursday in New York City and Washington DC, and 6.30pm in Los Angeles for instance).
