THIS MORNING VIEWERS WERE LEFT FUMING AS THEY ACCUSED NADINE DORRIES OF 'FAT-SHAMING' NICK FERRARI 13:45, 29 May 2025Updated 17:06, 29 May 2025 This Morning viewers were left
fuming after Nadine Dorries made comments on the show that led to accusations of "fat-shaming" towards fellow guest Nick Ferrari. During Thursday's (May 29) episode of the ITV
hit show, hosts Rochelle Humes and Craig Doyle were joined by Nadine and Nick as they had a debate about weight loss injections. Nadine openly shared her own experience: "I lost two
stones on mounjaro and it was amazing, I have never felt better. I love the fact that I lost that two stone but it only just put my BMI just into the green zone, I'm not even in the
middle of the green zone." She elaborated on her health journey: "I keep thinking to myself - for me it was for my health, I was pre diabetic, I had high cholesterol, all the red
flags ahead of me, and I've managed to get rid of all those red flags now." Nadine expressed her desire to shed some more weight, despite already decreasing her clothing size:
"Now I'm at the point thinking 'you know what, I would like to lose another half a stone' even though nothing fits me anymore. If you look at my BMI, I'm only 5 foot
2, I'm not comfortably in the green zone.," reports Wales Online. Highlighting the significance of BMI calculations, she noted: "People say to me that a BMI doesn't
matter, but if you're a young woman trying to get IVF, it does because they won't allow you on IVF until your BMI is at a certain point." Craig probed further about her plans
regarding the weight loss method: "Are you still on it or thinking of going back on it?" To which Nadine hinted at a future update: "That's the discussion I'm going
to have in my column soon." She revealed the harsh reality: "It's not for the faint-hearted, this isn't just an injection you take and you just carry on with your life as
normal. There is exhaustion, chronic diarrhoea, and constipation. Exhaustion was a big one for me, and I couldn't get through the day without crashing out and sleeping for an
hour." The dialogue took a different turn when the attention focused on Nick's weight loss, leading to controversy among viewers. Nadine commented to Nick during their chat,
"Nick, you've lost weight. How did you do it?" Nick, pleased with his achievement, confessed: "Sheer will power and brutal exercise." Interrupting as he spoke,
Nadine bluntly added, "Well, you need to lose more." Rochelle and Craig were taken aback by the comment, reacting with wide-eyed surprise to the camera. Nick retorted in shock:
"That was a bit rude." He quickly moved past the moment, however, and noted: "It helps if you're getting married, of course. I want my wedding body." Following the
exchange, viewers were swift to express their astonishment online, with reactions popping up on X, once known as Twitter: "That is DISGRACEFUL for Nadine to make that comment about
Nick.! ! Absolutely disgusting! ! #thismorning." Another expressed outrage: "Get @NadineDorries off my telly! ! ! ! Vile! ! !" One more viewer condemned: "@thismorning
@ITV #ThisMorning Nadine is a disgusting bully, body shaming our poor Nick, I'm in utter shock. Nadine is a nasty piece of work and puts viewers off." Another viewer added:
"If Nick spoke to Nadine like that about her weight, there would be uproar! Again, double standards ! ! ! ! #ThisMorning." Article continues below A fifth commented: "Nadine
didn't like the 'easy fix' comment but has no problem pointing out to Nick he needs to lose more weight #thismorning." THIS MORNING AIRS WEEKDAYS FROM 10AM ON ITV AND
