Each year the British Dental Association (BDA) submits evidence to the Doctors' and Dentists' Review Body (DDRB), which makes recommendations on dentists; pay. As exodus from the
workforce continues, and with inflation still at record highs, the BDA needs to make the case for appropriate uplifts on pay and contract expenses on your behalf. The BDA is calling on
general dental practitioners to share their experiences of working in UK general dental practice. The survey takes just 10 - 15 minutes to complete, and you can provide the BDA with a unique
insight into the pressures currently facing the workforce. Your response to the BDA's survey will help inform and shape the vital work they undertake on your behalf, underpinning their
work lobbying government. Please check both your inbox and junk folders for an email entitled '_Have your say! - Evidence needed for pay uplift_', which includes a link to
complete the survey Any information you provide when completing the survey will be treated confidentially and will be anonymous. Data will be used for research purposes only, and will not be
passed on to any third parties If you have any questions or would like more information about this research, please contact the Research Team at . RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS Reprints and
