Access through your institution Buy or subscribe After the initial consultation with the member, we usually give the member advice on how to resolve the issue themselves. This will involve
discussing various options, both formal and informal approaches to their commissioners and, where appropriate, assisting with correspondence. In some cases, we will represent members or
assist them when in negotiations with commissioners where this would be beneficial to the case. Over the past year the team have assisted members negotiate the terms of their clawback
