new study in _Thyroid_ identifies signalling pathways that have important roles in the function of ATC cancer stem cells. “To screen for important intracellular signalling pathways, we used
an siRNA library to selectively knock down 719 kinases [in cells derived from human ATCs] and observed sphere-forming abilities, which reflects cancer stem cell ability,” explains
